Built in 2024, Casa Etherea is a modern, luxurious villa offering all the comforts of home, set against a lush, beautifully landscaped backdrop in a quiet community. Enjoy both indoor and outdoor kitchens and dining areas, creating a secure, private, and relaxing environment just steps from everything you may need. The four independent casitas each feature a queen bed and a sofa bed—perfect for families. The main house includes two master bedrooms, each with its own balcony overlooking the pool.

However, as infrastructure continues to catch up with the area’s growing popularity, the region may occasionally experience brownouts, water shortages, or temporary service interruptions. During peak season, the local municipality may also request that residents and visitors use water sparingly to reduce strain on the system. These events are infrequent, typically unplanned, and beyond our control, and therefore cannot be grounds for cancellation, compensation, or refunds. Casa Etherea is equipped and furnished with high-end finishes and furnishings designed for a luxurious guest experience. As such, we welcome guests aged 12 and older. We love kids — we’ve had our own — but the home has been carefully curated with adults in mind. Features such as the infinity-edge pool, delicate furnishings, and open outdoor spaces require a level of care that may be challenging for younger children. For example, jumping into the infinity pool can create waves that may push water toward the casita, and leaving food outside can attract animals. Guests traveling with children under the age of 12 may be liable for any additional cleaning or damages that occur during their stay.
